  • How often is this blog updated?

    • Rarely.

  • Can I hire you?

    • Possibly. As of 11/2022, I am currently open for work.

  • What happened to thoughtfix.com?

    • I created ThoughtFix in 2005 while running a side gig as a mobile tech blogger. I operated tabletblog.com and ultramobilegeek.com (I no longer own or are affiliated with either) to cover Linux based mobile tablets (Nokia 770, N800, etc) and UMPCs. After the iPad was released, all major news outlets were covering tablets and a single indie blogger couldn’t keep up, so I got out of that business, moved to Silicon Valley, and refocused my career on internet tech. I kept the name for normal internet use and for publishing random tech, gaming, custom PCs, and other posts.

  • Are any of your custom PC builds for sale?

    • Sadly no - they take way too much time to be worth it for anyone else to buy. I love custom PC modding as an art form and enjoy running the art I create.

  • Can I post/republish any of your writing?

    • Probably. Ask. By default, my copyright is “all rights reserved” but sometimes I use Creative Commons CC-BY-SA 4.0.
